Thank you to everyone who has given the gift of food to the Springville-Concord Food Pantry through our church during 2013. You allowed God to work through you to feed people in need…feeding of the multitudes did not happen only in the New Testament, it happens everyday because of your generosity!
As you may know, our church has been designated as a bread collection site for the Food Pantry. During 2013, you gave over 250 loaves of bread!
We also collect other foods such as canned meat, creamed soup, instant potatoes to name just a few. Over the past year, you donated 861 servings of food!

Please continue to place bread and other food donations in the Food Pantry box which is located in the entry way (green room). If you have not donated to the Food pantry in the past, consider doing so in 2013. Talk to God about it, ask Him to direct you and to help you remember our friends in Springville and Concord who are.

Needed Food Pantry Items:
Beef Stew, Hash, Canned Beef, Canned Beets, Cake Mix, Frosting, Canned Spinach, Canned Sauerkraut, Paper towels.  Remember your neighbors in need.  The Food Pantry serves people in the Springville GI School District.  Drop off your donations on the table next to the church office.

We have been designated by the Food Pantry as a “Bread Giving Church.” The need for bread in the Springville area is great as bread production has decreased while bread demand has risen. So to help our local Food Pantry and to keep white and wheat bread donations coming in on a consistent basis, we have set up the following schedule:
8:45a.m. worship service: bring bread donations the first and third Sunday of each month;
11a.m. worship service; bring bread donations the second and fourth Sunday of each month.
On the fifth Sunday, EVERYONE bring bread.

We will follow this schedule until further notice.
