Visitors and Newcomers

Hello there! We are glad you decided to check out our family. All are welcome at Springville First United Methodist Church. Our worship service takes place Sunday mornings at 10:15am and is a blend of  both traditional and contemporary elements. We sing older hymns and newer praise songs. Communion is served the 1st Sunday of each month and is open to everyone. The people sitting ahead of you or behind you may be almost as new as you are, so introduce yourselves!

Several times a year, the pastor holds a series of informational meetings about the church and its ministries.  If you want to be baptized, join the church, get on the mailing list, or have any sort of questions, just call the church office at (716) 592-7451 and leave a message if the secretary isn’t there.  You can also email office@s1umc.org

The best way to get to know other people in the church is to join a small group or activity.  When opportunities arise asking for volunteers for one thing or another, sign up!  When an activity is advertised, we’d welcome you to join us!

What about my kids?

Our nursery is available for your use during our service. Simply ask an usher and they will direct you to it. We also offer Sunday School classes for children and adults before service. The programs run from 8:45-9:45. You can see more information about children’s classes here and adult classes here.
