Last week, we heard about the Father’s love, so it only seems appropriate that today we hear about a mother’s love. Motherhood is a powerful force that not only builds strong families but nations as well. Mothers are more likely to plant the seeds of faith in Jesus in children. Mothers who are connected to their emotions tend to raise children who can find joy and hold onto hope even during times of loss. However, even mothers with strong faith face challenges that may cause them to stumble. Sometimes, we need to turn to Jesus just as children turn to their mothers, because He loves us unconditionally, and His love—stronger than death—cannot be taken from us.
