A Break For You. Fun For Them.

Our facility hosts a free, monthly Respite Care Program. If a family member or loved one suffers from memory impairment, and you find yourself needing a break from caring for them to run some errands, go to a medical appointment, or even just to get out of the house for a few hours, bring them to us!

You can feel comfortable leaving your loved one in an environment where they will receive one-on-one attention, be able to socialize, play games, make crafts, enjoy lunch, sing songs, etc. Our Respite Care Program is completely free. We are 100% run by volunteers who have been trained by the Alzheimer’s Association. Your loved one is eligible to attend if they have been diagnosed with a memory impairment, such as dementia or Alzheimer’s. In addition, they must be able to take care of their own bathroom needs and not be violent or a danger to the other guests or volunteers. The group meets in our Family Life Center on the 1st Wednesday of each month, from 10:30-2:30.
