Some people who follow Jesus are very certain that faithfulness only leads to ease and blessings. Yet, we don’t have to look very deep to know that faithfulness results in God’s presence with us, but not necessarily a life of ease. Missionary Amy Carmichael lived a life of bold faith, trusting Jesus deeply. This resulted in a life that would have never come to be if she would have let her family circumstances lead her decisions in life. 2 Corinthians 4:7-18 will help us to be Inspired by Faithfulness.
