In song writing there are “rules”. Plenty of beautiful music has been made by bending the rules, but if you don’t follow some of the basic structure and follow a rhythm you just end up with noise. In our series, Jesus is the Song, today we consider the role of Sabbath in our lives. All throughout scripture there is evidence that God had worked in rest and worship as important parts of the human experience. Isaiah 58:12-14 will help guide our steps as we come before the Lord today. Our children will also help lead us for part of our gathering.
