One of the interesting things we see about the faith of the young Church in Acts is that just because they are passionately faithful in following Jesus does not mean that everything is easy. God’s blessing does not equal a life of ease, actually faithfulness will likely move us to places of greater difficulty. We see Peter continuing in faithfulness and how that lands him in jail yet again. Acts 2:1-11 tells us of what happens when we trust God to have our back, and friends who pray for us.
