Jesus came to bring a new Kingdom, to show the way to the humans he created and loves. “Your kingdom come, your will be done…” is not meant to be a prayer we say and then sit back and wait on God to do all the work. Jesus told us that his Kingdom is already in our midst. He calls us to the salt of the earth, and the light of the world. We are citizens of Christ’s kingdom, may we bring his love and values to this world.
