Jesus is bigger than… last week we talked about how a key to having God’s hope grow in our lives is reminding ourselves of the perspective that whenever we encounter something about the world that challenges, frustrates us, or breaks our hearts that we should remember that “Jesus is bigger than [insert challenge, frustration or heart break]. We continue in our series Grasping for Hope as we consider the importance of raising our expectations in relation to what God is capable of doing in response to the big issues in our lives and the world. Mark 2:1-12 will help guide our way in worship as we see the example of four friends who had really high expectations of what Jesus could do for their friend.
